大学生科技竞赛活动组织管理模式改革与实践

【摘 要】大学生科技竞赛活动是学校本科生创新教育体系的重要组成部分,是培养学人才的重要途径之一。为更有效的开展科技竞赛活动,充分发挥科技竞赛对培养创新人才的作用,从竞赛软硬件资源建设、学生科技竞赛团队建设、科技竞赛实施流程三方面进行了改革。建立了开放性、层次化硬件支撑平台,实施科技竞赛融入理论和实验实践课堂、融入科研项目,规范了竞赛实施过程学校、学院和指导教师三级管理流程。经过近5年建设实践,在创新创业人才培养方面取得了显著成效。

Reform and Practice for Organization and Management Mode of College Students' Science and Technology Competition Activities

Abstract: College students’ science and technology competition is an important part of the undergraduate innovative education system and it is one of the important ways to train students. For carrying out science and technology competitions more effectively, giving play to the role of science and technology competition in cultivating innovative talents, the reform was carried out in three aspects: the construction of software and hardware resources of science and technology competition, student science and technology competition team, the implementation process of science and technology competition. Open and hierarchical hardware support platform was established, science and technology competition into the theoretical and experimental practice classroom and research project was implemented, three-level management process for schools, colleges and instructors in the implementation process of the competition was regulated. Through the practice test for nearly 5 years, significant achievements have been made in the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talents.
